Yeah...I already won an award for blogging!

Yep that's right folks...I already won an award for blogging! I told all of you that this was going to happen. With my wit and charm it was inevitable I would dare say! I kind of am shocked that it took this long to tell you the truth....

I suppose the thresehold for lying should be when you start thinking to yourself "wow...you are so full of @#$%", and I reached that point just a sentence or two ago. Anyway, I did receive an award. I was shocked when I checked my email earlier in the week and it said that I had one an award from Thinkingcat. Here is a synopsis of the text conversation that followed:

Me: "Hey. Did you give me a blogging award because I just got an email about it"

TC: "Yes I did. How did you just get an email from two days ago?"

Me: "It looked like spam and I only open those when I'm bored"
TC: "Nice job. Anyway you are welcome"

Me: "I do appreciate it. You know I only blog for awards"

TC: "I am aware. Did you even see the award?"

Me: "No. Why?"

(now I am trying to pull up the link to the blog site to find out what award I won)

TC: "Just wondering"

At this point the browser pulls the page up and I find that I won (or was given to be more specific) the "Irrristably Sweet Blogger Award". I am befuddled because no one, and I mean NO ONE is that retarded to think my blog is irrestibly sweet or anything close.

Me: "Umm, WTF award is this?"

TC: "If you don't like it you don't have to post it (with a couple of swear words omitted for our younger readers)"
Me: "Yeah ok but I'm not sweet"

TC: "Oh I agree however I won this award and had to share it with six people and your begging for awards sounded pathetic and you are not sweet but you do go whoring for awards and recognition all of the time"

Me: "thanks..I guess"

ThinkingCat will deny all of this and probably say that I just said "Thanks" or whatever but in my mind this is how it really went down. Sadly however, she is right and I am a whore for attention so

YAY ME FOR MY FIRST BLOGGING AWARD!!!!
